Autumn Accarrino is a 25-year veteran in the hospitality industry. Autumn brings not just her experience and leadership but also a passion for providing next-level service that is genuine and authentic, making guests feel at ease and cared for.
Autumn’s hospitality experience extends to numerous restaurants and boutique lifestyle hotels with a wealth of knowledge in hotel food & beverage, overnight accommodations, stand-alone restaurants of all calibers including partnering with Michelin Star and James Beard award-winning chefs on multiple projects. Her food and beverage work spans North America working extensively throughout California as well as Seattle, Washington DC, New York City, Miami, New Orleans, Toronto, and Texas
Autumn’s early years in the industry were spent managing cafes, coffee shops, and fast casual burger joints before she stepped into the hotel food and beverage industry in 2009 at the Standard Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. From there she joined the SLS Hotel Beverly Hills overseeing the hotel's food and beverage outlets adhering to Starwood Luxury Collection standards and working closely with Celebrity Chef José Andrés and his team. In 2013 Autumn started a nearly decade-long run with Ace Hotel in various F&B and Hotel Operations capacities starting with preopening the Los Angeles location in 2013, assisting with New Orleans opening in 2015, as well as supporting as taskforce and consulting roles until recently in Toronto and Los Angeles beyond her tenure at Ace.
In 2018 Autumn took her experience in daily ops and used it for her role as preopening Hotel General Manager to launch a new brand from Ace called Sister City located in lower Manhattan. Following Ace she was corporate hospitality and culture for Pali Hotels. She moved into Director of Operations for Ojai based Shelter Social Club’s 4 properties, and Director of Operations for the 400 room LINE hotel in Los Angeles.
From 2019 until 2021 Autumn served as the Hospitality Director for the world-renowned Kelly Slater Surf Ranch, where she quickly made a name for herself refining the food and beverage experience and adding overnight lodging at the Surf Ranch. Autumn implemented systems that made the hospitality team more efficient and opened communication between all guest facing departments including surf and water safety, leading to an elevated and more customizable guest experience at a 5-star level.
Autumn was captivated by the beauty of surfing long before her restaurant and hotel days and was taught to surf by none other than 11-time world champion Kelly Slater. Autumn understands the surf lifestyle and knows how to take advantage of the opportunities created by surf lagoons and the environments they create. For the last two years Autumn has consulted for a handful of surf parks while opening F&B installations in key hotels. She is happy to join the Beach Street team and combine her experiences with a passion for the surf lifestyle.
